Our executive and performance coaching services are provided by experienced practitioners with tailored niches to address specific enterprise, agency and personal issues requiring resolution. Using an ontological approach to coaching allows us to work toward critical shifts in individual thinking, which are vital to individual growth and development.
The AOC philosophy is to create and employ a collaborative partnership between the individual to be coached, the organization, and the coach.
Executive coaching is primarily directed at the development of the executive in the context of organizational needs. Our coaching engagements link a business focus with human processes by closely aligning business needs with developmental efforts, including skill building, performance enhancement, and exploration, definition and implementation of the executive’s business objectives. It is based upon agreed guidelines, time frames and goals with measures for success.
Performance coaching, or invited coaching is where an employee is invited by management to participant in a coaching engagement. These most often involve developing conflict management skills and overcoming presentation anxiety. Outcomes may include targeted content coaching, which focused on developing specific content and practicing and refining specific skills.
