Recognizing this, EnCompass allows you to develop a company-specific hierarchy that can be mapped against the processor hierarchy to more accurately track transactions, cardholders and other program participants for reporting purposes.

Administrators are given the ability to add, delete or move personnel in the user's organizational hierarchy. Statistics and data for monthly, quarterly or annual spending and user history are based upon the true organizational structure of the company.
