As businesses grow, companies need to support the needs of an ever moving marketplace by adopting software applications that provide specific and useful benefits along with first tier support.
Products such as purchasing software are becoming more common place and are very useful in obtaining supplies and services for Clients. As these types of applications are integrated into businesses, AOC has worked to develop interfaces that allow these disparate applications to talk with EnCompass and provide streamlined benefits and utilization of the tools that reside within the EnCompass application.
One such tool is web services. Vendors have stated a preference for accepting cards for payments. Vendors have also stated that they are very likely to accept a card at the time of purchase, versus card acceptance when they are required to produce and invoice and wait 30- 60 days for payment.
AOC can work with your purchasing software to determine if it is web service capable, allowing the two systems to “talk” and provide card based payment information and solutions at the time of purchase order creation.
