AOC and partner, PwC, the Prime contractor, were awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide financial management, audit, and attestation support services to the to the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (Comptroller) (OUSD (C)).  AOC and PwC together, through this work, will assist the Military Components’ management with assessing the reliability of its financial management systems, the effectiveness of its internal controls, and its compliance with laws and regulations to recommend improvements and remediation plans to move towards full financial statement auditability.
