AOC Recognized by U.S.Commerce Association for second time -

U.S. Commerce Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement

NEW YORK, NY, February 23, 2010 -- For the second consecutive year, AOC Solutions Inc. has been selected for the 2010 Best of Morgantown Award in the E Commerce Provider category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).

The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.

AOC / FEDAC Top 100 acquirer volume in Nation
AOC affiliate, FEDAC Processing Company, achieved processing volume for calendar year 2009 that places it at number 83 in the nation for Master Card and Visa acquirer volume. Founded in 1996, FEDAC specializes in B2B, B2G, and accounts payable card processing programs.

Dennis Fischer joins AOC as Senior Program Development Manager
Mr. Fischer, a former CFO and Commissioner of the Federal Technology Services for GSA joins AOC after a 30 year career in Government. Mr. Fischer also served on the Government Information Technology Services Board, was elected as the first secretary/treasurer of the Federal CFO Council, the General Accounting Office Governmental Auditing Standards Advisory Council and served on the Joint Financial Management Improvement Program (JFMIP) Steering Committee.

AOC Solutions, Inc (AOC) was awarded a prime contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for a multiple year period of performance to provide continued support.

The Defense Intelligence Agency awarded AOC a five-year contract for continued support to review, analysis, and programming support for the implementation of the Financial Accounting and Corporate Tracking System (FACTS).

AOC Solutions, Inc (AOC) was awarded a three-month task order to provide support for Actuarial Pension Liabilities Support Services efforts at the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Planning, Resources and Procurement Office of Resource Management and Human Resources Office

AOC was awarded a one-year task order to provide support to United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Resource Management in the development and documentation of new or improved policies, procedures and related internal controls for meeting future audit standards efforts.

AOC Solutions, Inc (AOC) was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a five-year period of performance to provide financial management technical support services to the United States Coast Guard (USCG).
AOC was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a five-year period of performance to provide financial management technical support services to the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Financial Policy and Systems and Office of Financial Transformation and Compliance. The services under this BPA include: accounting, financial management, internal controls, project management; and financial management human resources strategy development and implementation.

AOC Solutions, Inc (AOC) was awarded a prime contract with the Department of the Navy for the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Contract Vehicle.
AOC was awarded a prime contract to provide a variety of services to the Navy, DTRA, and Marine Corps organizations in Zone 2 (National Capital). These services include financial management, business, and technical disciplines required to support planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and leading team efforts in managing acquisition programs. This contract has a period of performance that covers multiple years.
