Sallyanne Harper joins AOC Federal Financial Management Practice-

CHANTILLY, VA – August 23, 2010 – AOC Solutions, Inc. announced today that Sallyanne Harper will be joining AOC’s Government Financial Management leadership team in September as the company’s vice president – executive officer. 

 In this newly created position, Harper will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s strategic planning, performance management, human capital, administration and knowledge service functions. 

 “Sallyanne has a proven track record in federal financial management and information technology, and we’re excited to have an executive of her caliber join our leadership team,” said Allen O. Cage Jr., President of AOC Solutions.  “Her extensive government, IT and management experience will be essential in serving our federal clients and in applying best practices to AOC’s business operations.”

 With more than 33 years of federal service, Harper has held key executive positions over the course of her career, most recently as chief financial officer (CFO) and chief administrative officer (CAO) of the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO).  Previously, she served as CFO for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. 

She is also a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.

 Harper  graduated magna cum laude from  La Salle University and with an MBA from George Washington University’s School of Business.

Mr. Fischer also served on the Government Information Technology Services Board, was elected as the first secretary/treasurer of the Federal CFO Council, the General Accounting Office Governmental Auditing Standards Advisory Council and served on the Joint Financial Management Improvement Program (JFMIP) Steering Committee.
 

AOC Solutions, Inc (AOC) was awarded a prime contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for a multiple year period of performance to provide continued support-                                                      The Defense Intelligence Agency awarded AOC a five-year contract for continued support to review, analysis, and programming support for the implementation of the Financial Accounting and Corporate Tracking System (FACTS).
