AOC senior staff and consultants are former senior executives with significant track records of success in the Federal and state sectors. Our team brings deep practical knowledge of the challenges facing government officials and the experience to develop and deliver solutions in support of client objectives. AOC also has alliances with Certified Public Accounting, Advisory Service, and Asset Management firms.
Section 308 of P.L. 108-183, the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003, enables SDVOSB firms to receive sole source and restricted competition contracts for goods and services used by the U.S. Government. Sole source contracts may not exceed $5M for manufacturing and $3M for other contract opportunities. Congress enacted this statute after data collection from more than 60 federal departments and agencies showed that more than half of them reported no procurement dollars expended with SDVOSBs.
AOC offers our services through our General Services Administration (GSA) Corporate Contract, (GS00F0070M) under the Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) SIN 874-1 and 874-2. AOC's Corporate schedule is pending a contract modification to add additional SIN's under the Financial and Business Solutions Services GSA Schedule, SIN's 520-11 - Accounting and SIN 520-13 - Complementary Financial Management Services. To streamline the purchasing process, Federal Agencies can place task orders with a recognized GSA Corporate Contract Schedule provider, which reduces their competition requirements.
