Support Services

Conference and Seminar Facilitation

AOC can provide an end-to-end solution for your next big event. Our services include pre-conference evaluation and site survey, as well as on-site operations support and overall conference planning, including exhibit space, audio / visual, hotel, catering, team coordination, web site management, master scheduling, logo clothing, technical support, materials preparation / production, marketing, and financial management. After the conclusion of the conference, AOC will furnish your organization with an after action report that analyzes demographic feedback and your organization's performance relative to training, presentations, and events. The report also includes suggestions for future improvements.

Customer Service and Call Center Operations

AOC operates a 24-hour, 7-day per week help desk and call center staffed by our fully trained customer service personnel. The help desk provides our client's cardholders with credit card information and authorizes transactions for services worldwide.

AOC has several quality and security controls in place to maintain system efficiency and integrity. Such controls include maintaining primary and back-up communication links, providing off-site back up and recovery operations, and using specialized software for PC data entry.

Currently, AOC handles approximately 20,000 calls per month with the capacity to grow. AOC documents its call center activity by providing clients with daily, weekly, and monthly phone reporting data. Additionally, to ensure that our clients receive the best quality of service available, we maintain the following standards:

  • Grade of service of at least 92%
  • Abandon rate of under 3.5%
  • Calls answered within 12 seconds

Logistical Support

AOC offers an experienced and diversified staff of dedicated professional logisticians whose expertise covers the full gamut of logistical support service requirements. Through the use of our own in-house staff, as well as carefully selected teaming arrangements, AOC offers a talented team that can precisely and efficiently address the client's mission.
