The AOC Call Center is a purpose-built, stand-alone, 6,000 square foot facility designed to accommodate up to 106 call center operators. In addition to state-of-the-art telephone switch and voice mail systems, other elements of our physical infrastructure include redundant 100KW backup generator power, controlled access security system with motion detectors, keypad locked entrances, outside perimeter lighting, multiple T-1 lines, Internet connectivity, geographically remote co-located backup servers, and reserve POTS lines. Of course, our facility meets all of the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements for access and accommodation. Our facility is located at:

The AOC Call Center office workspace is comprised of individual office areas, storage, program offices, administrative workspace, meeting and planning space, and a server room for housing of the information technology infrastructure equipment. Our facility also provides personal areas for staff, and has a fully equipped kitchen for use by all Call Center employees. We invite all clients and prospective clients to schedule a visit to our facility and meet our staff CSR’s and supervisors.
