AOC has approached its involvement in Fleet Maintenance and Repair with less of a prescriptive approach than many of our competitors. This is a function of two significant “philosophical” assumptions. The first is that our fleet manager partners are in their current roles because they are good at what they do. They understand their issues and their corporate culture better than we do. 

The second assumption is our belief that a cookie-cutter approach requires too many compromises that restrict your ability to manage your business as you prefer, which, in turn, impacts the long term efficacy of our program. Taken together, our approach focuses on retaining the parts of your program that are essential and improving those elements that are identified as coming up short.
