How It Works
  • One-file processing for multiple payment types

EnCompass one-file processing for multiple payment types

  1. You, the buying organization, maintain your current match and invoice approval process in your ERP/AP system.
  2. Once you are ready to initiate payments, you can extract a payment file from your ERP/AP system.
  3. Upload your payment file with the approved invoice to AOC’s EnCompass platform or through a secure SFTP site.
  4. Following the upload, EnCompass does a series of checks and balances to validate and ensure the security of the payment file.
  5. Within the hour, EnCompass initiates payment to your vendor/supplier. Payment options include:
    1. Payment via virtual card.
      • Straight-through processing.
      • Supplier-initiated payment.
    2. Payment via ACH, check or wire (domestic and international).
  6. A customized remittance advice can be sent via email, fax and regular mail.
    1. For virtual card payments, the remittance is sent along with the payment file.
    2. For ACH, card or wire payments, the remittance is sent in a separate file.
  7. Your vendor/supplier receives payment within 24-48 hours (depending on the payment type selected).
  8. You have the option for EnCompass to send a reconciliation file back to your ERP/AP system.
