Allen O. Cage, Chief Executive Officer
AOC Solutions founder and CEO, Allen O. Cage Jr., served in the U.S. Army for 24 years, where his contributions ranged from flying the Cobra gunship to managing government procurement and purchase card programs. After retiring from the U.S. Army, Cage founded AOC Solutions Federal Financial Management in 1996.
To give back to his community, Cage co-founded the YouthQuest Foundation in 2005, a non-profit that provides educational opportunities and scholarships for at-risk teens.
Cage is also a founding partner of Honor Brewing Company, whose mission is to brew great beer and honor American heroes.
After serving four years in the U.S. Air Force, Tre Cage joined AOC Solutions in 2004. Since joining the company, he has worked extensively in the Federal Financial Management space, obtaining his current role as chief operating officer in 2012. Once named chief operating officer, Tre Cage's responsibilities expanded to the overall operations of the Federal company. He leads the continuous improvement and development of AOC's entire organization. Prior to his current position, Tre served as the Director of Contracting for eight years at AOC Solutions, Inc.
Andrew R. Rogers brings over 15 years of experience leading financial management and accounting support engagements within Defense, Transportation, Homeland Security, and Civilian Agencies of the federal government.
At AOC, Andrew manages AOC's relationships with the Department of Defense, Department of Transportation — Federal Aviation Administration, and General Services Administration. He provides executive oversight for contracts assisting government customers with audit readiness, financial reporting, testing of internal controls, and financial systems implementation and support.
Prior to joining AOC in 2009, Andrew was a Director in KPMG LLP's Federal Advisory Practice. Andrew is a graduate of Towson University, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He earned an MBA in Accounting from Loyola College and a second Master's Degree in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces — National Defense University.
Jeannine C. Rogers has 20 years of experience leading financial management and accounting support engagements within the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, and Civilian Agencies of the federal government.
Her role provides all aspects of program management, issue resolution, comprehensive account support, and subject matter expertise on major Federal financial consulting engagements. Jeannine is an expert in remodeling and streamlining agency business processes for compliance with GAAP and laws and regulations. Specifically, she is well-versed in project management related to conducting financial statement audits and audit remediation, internal control and management assessments, legacy to new financial management system transition support, USSGL analysis, data quality validation and reconciliation, accounting record maintenance, financial policy and procedure documentation, operational support, and financial statement quality assurance reviews, consolidation, and reporting across multiple Federal agencies.
Jeannine is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Loyola University, where she earned her Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
Larry Eisenhart has more than 35 years experience in federal government accounting and financial management. His policy-level positions within the federal government included Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Assistant Secretary, Financial Affairs at the Department of State.
He held various senior management positions with the Department of Health and Human Services and the General Services Administration. Following his government service, Larry was a Senior Manager within KPMG’s government practice. He joined AOC as Vice President in 2004. Larry's skills include financial policy, domestic and overseas financial operations, financial systems, and financial reports.
Over the years, Larry has authored several articles for publications on Federal financial management practices. He received numerous Meritorious Service awards and the prestigious Donald L. Scantlebury award for distinguished leadership in the field of Federal Financial Management.
Woody brings over 35 years of experience and is extremely well known in government circles for his ability to develop and implement strategies that effectively resolve financial management problems.
Woody manages AOC's relationships with the Department of Defense, Department of Transportation — Federal Aviation Administration, and Office of the Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services — Health Resources Services Administration, and Department of Homeland Security — Transportation Security Administration.
He also served as deputy controller of the Office of Federal Financial Management at the Office of Management and Budget. Prior to his federal service, Woody was the deputy auditor of public accounts for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
He served as member of the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board, United States Comptroller General's Advisory Council on Government Auditing Standards, and the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, which in 1998 honored him as the outstanding CPA in government.
