One of the best parts of working at AOC Solutions is the time off. Here, you’re encouraged to take time off from work. And there’s no waiting period before you can take vacation time or use a sick day. Basically, as long as your work gets done, you can take time off whenever you need it (with your supervisor’s approval, of course). And yes, these are paid days off.

At AOC Solutions, we want to earn your trust and respect. And, in turn, we are committed to treating you with fairness and respect as well. We trust you to put in the hours needed to get your work done, and we also trust you to take time off in reasonable amounts. Insurance Benefits

Medical insurance is provided through Cigna, and dental insurance is through MetLife. Each employee makes a contribution to the premium based on the type of coverage selected (single, family, etc.). AOC pays the majority of the premium, with the employee contribution amounting to only a few dollars each paycheck.

The following insurance benefits are paid in full by AOC:

  • Vision insurance
  • Life insurance coverage of $100,000 (additional coverage available at an added cost)
  • Short-term disability insurance
  • Long-term disability insurance
401(k) Plan

Whether your career is just now taking off or you’re actively planning for retirement, AOC is committed to helping you reach your retirement goals. As a team member, you’re eligible for the 401(k) plan on the first of the month following your start date with an automatic enrollment. And AOC will contribute a percentage of your 401(k) contribution on an annual basis, helping you grow your retirement savings even more.
