AOC Congratulates Architect of the Capitol, FTC, SEC and USPTO for Winning the Association of Government Accountants’ CEAR Award

 Chantilly, Va. (May 21, 2015) — AOC Solutions sends our congratulations to Architect of the Capitol, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Patent and Trade Office (USPTO) for winning once again the Association of Government Accountants’ prestigious Certificate of Excellence in Accountability Reporting (CEAR) award for their outstanding FY 2014 Performance and Accountability Reports.

Awards were presented at a black-tie banquet held on May 20, 2015, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. The CEAR program recognizes those agencies that produce high-quality annual Performance and Accountability Reports and Agency Financial Reports. The CEAR Award is the highest form of recognition in Federal government management reporting.

AOC is especially pleased that Architect of the Capitol, FTC and SEC were also a recipient of one of the CEAR program’s sought-after “Best in Class” special awards:

  • Architect of the Capitol for the best use of hyperlinks and videos;

  • FTC for best in reporting on data quality; and

  • SEC for best in responding to the CEAR reviewers’ recommendations.

AOC’s Federal Financial Team is proud to have supported all four agencies in the preparation of their FY 2014 annual reports.
